Isaiah 9:1 starts out by saying, “Nevertheless, that time of darkness and despair will not go on forever.”
This is God’s promise. What does it mean? God promised to send, or give, us, His children, a Light, a Savior, a Great Counselor. He gave us Jesus…who will one day come back and take on the darkness and win the war, triumphing over evil. He will conquer the darkness and cast it out, and happiness and joy and light will reign forever!
Our time of darkness and despair will not last forever. It is just a season. Take heart in knowing that one day, everything wrong will be made right in the eyes of the LORD!

I found this design online somewhere, last year, and as expensive as wood was last year, I threw caution to the wind and spent the money to build it to use in our garden. I am happy to report it did wonderfully last year, and grew A LOT of veggies without taking up a lot of space in our garden. It’s still standing this year and we can’t wait to put it to use again.
